My Story

When I started my little biz making T-Shirts on the side of momlife and working another full time job doing something I wasn’t passionate about I started out with a cricut maker. I loved it and had a lot of fun with it but I was finding it was taking forever to just make 1 T-Shirt. From setting up the cutting mats with all the colour layers to Cutting the design then having to weed it all out and mask the layered designs and press each layer separately. I was getting frustrated with wasting my money on Heat Transfer Vinyl that wouldn’t always cut properly and when it did it was so tedious and time consuming to weed. I found I was so limited to the designs I could offer and use. This was also taking away from my production time which in turn was costing me money, as well having to stock all of the different colours of HTV was costly. It was more time consuming than it was worth. 

I switched to my Ready to Press Full Colour Direct to Film Transfers (DTF) and it’s done a complete 180 for my production time, business and it’s saving me money. I now print detailed full colour heat applied transfers that have a 15 second press time with no layering/weeding required. All prints can be pressed on light and dark fabric as well as 100% cotton/Polycotton blends and even 100% Polyester. 

This has changed my production time from 20+ minutes per T-shirt to less than 1 minute per shirt…add that up over time. I have saved hundreds in supplies and banked so many hours that I can spend with my family and building my business more.
